Create Geocoder QA app (or apps)

Major functions could be tabs in a single app or separate apps. Major functions are as follows:

Addresses
- address text box has no autocompletion
- allows setting of all parameters (e.g., autoComplete, maxResults, minScore)
- returns a list of addresses in left pane; each icon has a zoom icon
- displays a set of address icons on map; each icon popup displays all address attributes.

Reverse Geocoding
- allows testing of near, nearest, and within functions for sites, occupants, and intersections
- you click a point on the map and the app uses parm settings to build a reverse geocoding request and displays the resulting addresses in a list and on the map
- parms include resource type (e.g., sites, occupants, intersections) and all parms for resource.
- alternately, could have a separate reverse geocoding app with sites, occupants, and intersections tabs.
