* as a start, document / understand how the current climateObs data preparation steps work, in both the R version and the excel based version
* Start to put together a plan for pivoting the climateObs steps into GHA
* Evaluate how the R based app that does the bias corrections could be hosted, and run via the web on openshift with object storage as the backing persistence layer.
