Description
This is a critical feature and we will need to have a strategy on how to achieve this with BCAP.

1. BRQ4: BCAP must allow integration of spatial layers in the BCGW. - Refer to #21
2. BRQ8: BCAP must contain the ability to export data to the BCGW through DataBC to continue supporting layers in publication. **Assumption**: Assume current process of FTP'ing a shapefile will remain in place, and a process will need to be built for how to do this in Arches. - **Needs a broader discussion with Brett, SMEs, DataBC (Maria to submit a ticket for this discussion) and BAs**. Find a timeslot week of May 9th week to discuss. **High priority.**
