Expiry date
Status – ie draft, approved, conditional (did you want all or only certain statuses?)

Which request types should be included?

- BC Cooperative association
- BC Credit Union

Reinstate
- Limited company
- Limited Liability company
- Cooperative association

Also, what day of the week do you want this report? And do you want it for NRs submitted in the previous 7 calendar days?
