Add sort/filter/list view/grid view functionality

Description
On listing pages (including categories index, topics index, pathways index and activity index), add functionality to apply sort, filter and view changes according to user preferences. May need to build a dropdown to list the options for sort and filter options (alphabetical, update/publish date? filter by search term?)
