Description
Title:
Display supply history on compliance log / summary page
Description:
As an IDIR user, I want to view the fuel supply history of an organization within the compliance log / summary page.
- Show supply volumes by fuel type by compliance period
- Fuel type: CNG, ethanol, biodiesel, etc.
- Year-over-year percent changes to supply by fuel type by compliance period
Note: this data is stored in TFRS as well as CTHUB. Will need to discuss how best to gather and display this data, whether from TFRS directly or from CTHUB. In either case, we want this data displayed on an organization's compliance log/summary page for easy access (don't want to have to login to CTHUB and filter/create this data each time.
Purpose:
So that I can quickly and easily identify trends in data as it relates to reviewing and processing compliance reports.

Research direction
Start at the compliance log/summary page entry point and trace how organization data is loaded. Review the supply-history data in TFRS and CTHUB, then resolve which source should provide fuel volumes and compliance-period comparisons. Done means the page shows volumes by fuel type and year-over-year percentage changes for each compliance period.
