Description

**Describe the Task**
Review the Fuel Code IDIR View table in Production and complete the data cleanup activities identified in the referenced Teams card attachment. This work includes correcting company name inconsistencies, updating EDRMS values, revising Notes field content where required, and updating Co-processed values based on the provided reference data.

As part of this work, the Fuel Code input table must also be updated to support standardized Co-processed selections through a dropdown list containing the approved values:

- No
- Yes - DHT
- Yes - FCC
- Yes - Other

All existing Co-processed values in the Fuel Code IDIR View table must be reviewed against the provided source data and updated accordingly.

**Purpose**
To improve data quality, consistency, reporting accuracy, and administrative usability by ensuring key Fuel Code reference data is standardized and aligned with current program records. Establishing controlled Co-processed values will also improve data integrity and prevent inconsistent future entries.

**Acceptance Criteria**

- All company name typos, spelling mistakes, formatting inconsistencies, and duplicate naming variations identified in the referenced Teams card attachment have been reviewed and corrected in Production.
- Company names are standardized and consistently displayed across all applicable Fuel Code records.
- Required updates to the EDRMS column have been completed based on the provided reference data.
- Required updates to the Notes column have been completed based on the provided reference data.
- All Co-processed values have been reviewed and updated to match the provided source data.
- The Fuel Code input table supports a dropdown field containing only the following values:
- No
- Yes - DHT
- Yes - FCC
- Yes - Other
- Users can successfully create and edit Fuel Code records using the new Co-processed dropdown values.
- Validation confirms no remaining instances of the identified company name errors remain in the Fuel Code IDIR View table.
- Validation confirms EDRMS, Notes, and Co-processed values match the approved reference data after deployment.

**Additional Context**

- Source of required corrections is the Teams card attachment referenced in "4903 - Company Name Typos in Fuel Code Table" and "4903 - Part 2"
- The attachment and provided data should be treated as the authoritative source for all company name, EDRMS, Notes, and Co-processed updates.
- Exercise caution to update only the specified reference data fields.
- Do not modify Fuel Code ownership relationships, Fuel Code identifiers, fuel pathway information, or any other unrelated record data.
- Review the existing Fuel Code input screen and ensure the Co-processed field uses the approved controlled-value dropdown list to prevent future data-entry inconsistencies.
