**Description:**

As an IDIR IA Analyst, IA Manager, or Director, I need to review evidence requirements and associated submissions so that I can assess whether designated action requirements have been satisfied.

**Purpose and benefit to user:**

The Evidence of Completion table provides staff with a consolidated view of evidence requirements, submissions, statuses, and review outcomes required to assess completion of a Designated Action.

- [ ] Given I am an authorized IDIR user, When evidence has been submitted, then submitted evidence is displayed against the applicable evidence requirement
- [ ] Given I am an IA Analyst, When I review evidence, then I can record evidence assessment decisions
- [ ] Given I am an IA Analyst, When evidence is incomplete, then I can identify missing information requirements
- [ ] Given I am an authorized IDIR user, When evidence has been submitted, then submission status information is available for review
- [ ] Given I am an authorized IDIR user, When I access evidence requirements, then information is displayed according to role-based permissions
