Describe the Bug
As an IDIR user, using the 'Log Out' button on any page throws an error that shows "Hmm...Can't reach this page".
Expected Behaviour
A user hitting the 'Log Out' button should be directed to a the LCFS portal login page.
Actual Behaviour
As an IDIR user, using the "Log Out" button on any page throws an error that shows "Hmm...Can't reach this page".
Implications
The implication is that users are forced to restart LCFS portal and sign in again to gain access to any pages. User loses any progress and has to start over again on home page.

User/Role: IDIR
Go to any page showing "Log Out" button
Click on refresh icon or hit Ctrl+R
