LCFS - BUG Transfer "from" inputs not showing in transactions in the view table

**Describe the Bug**
All lines of the transactions view table column "from" are showing N/A.

**Expected Behaviour**
The organization the transaction is coming from should be visible in the transactions view table.

**Actual Behaviour**
The "from" view table is currently showing N/A for all transactions.

**Implications**
Unable to see the org the transactions are coming from in the view table

**Steps To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
User/Role: IDIR
1. Go to the transactions view table
2. See the error "N/A" for all "from" inputs in the table.

Start by reproducing the issue in the transactions view table as an IDIR user and inspect how the table populates its "from" column. Trace that value back to the transaction's source organization. Done means the originating organization is shown for applicable transactions instead of N/A.
