ITVR - Spike: Automate Entrust Encryption Process within Openshift Environment

**Problem Description**
Our current process for file encryption using Entrust Encryption software involves manual intervention, where a file is sent to an external Windows server for encryption, before being sent off. This process is labor-intensive and prone to human error. As part of our ongoing efforts to automate and streamline our operations, we are exploring potential solutions to run the Entrust Encryption software within our Openshift cluster, replacing the current manual process with a system that would encrypt files automatically.

**Solution Needs**
- The solution must allow Entrust Encryption software to run within the Openshift environment.
- The solution must automate the process of file encryption without the need for human intervention.
- The solution must ensure the security and integrity of the files during encryption and transmission.
- The solution should provide error handling and reporting capabilities.

**Timebox**
We are committing 8 points to this research. First we will investigate possible solutions and then select the most promising one. Then allocated time to testing and validation of the chosen solution.

**Outcome**
The outcome will include a detailed analysis presenting the findings of the research:
- If successful, the report should specify the most effective solution, a proposed implementation strategy, estimated time requirements for full deployment. The report should also include any identified risks or challenges and proposed mitigations.
- If unsuccessful, the report should provide an analysis of the challenges faced, suggest potential workarounds or alternative solutions, and propose the next steps for the team.
