UX Assurance - Number Alignment in Let Nav Bar

**Describe the bug in current situation**
Left Nav in Test Currently has Number counters for Comments, Attachment Log and others after the tab title in brackets. Numbers should be aligned to right as per designs without brackets.

Numbers should be updated for all items in left nav to be aligned the same

**Impact of this bug**
Medium-High
It will impact the clarity and understanding of the Extension Counter to be added to the left nav

Replicate spacing in designs
