Find and Redact - Selecting Full Lines Rather Than Specific Keywords or Phrase

When a user uses the Find and Redact feature under the Redaction Panel, and searches for a keyword or phrase that spans 2 or more lines, the redaction box is applied to the full lines of text, rather than just the specific keyword(s) or phrase.

**Steps to Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Search for a phrase in the Find and Redact that spans two lines, select it, and 'Add Mark' to apply FOIPPA section.


2. The keyword(s) or phrase is redacted, but the FOIPPA section(s) do not show up in the redaction box )error - they should show up in redaction box).

3. Refresh the redaction app, navigate back to the redaction, and see error. Both full lines have been selected for redaction, rather than just the original keyword(s) or phrase. This can lead to more information being redacted than necessary.

Find and Redact selecting lines of text not included in the initial redaction.

GIVEN a user has used Find and Redact to redact keyword(s) or a phrase that spans two lines of text
WHEN the redaction has been applied
THEN the FOIPPA section is displayed in the redaction box
AND only the keyword(s) or phrase that was selected to be redacted will remain redlined
