Description
* As an IAO user
* I want no redline option in the Shapes menu
* so that I do not think that a redline has applied on content
**Assumptions & Scope**
What are the assumptions for this story?
Concern is if a user draws a polygon, rectangle or other shape with a redline that they may think that they have done a redline for a redaction.
What is IN scope?
Remove the red option for all shapes in the Shapes Menu.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating the Shapes Menu implementation and any UI tests for polygon, rectangle, and other shapes; done means the red option is absent for every shape without changing other menu behavior.
