Unable to Add/Edit ' Free Text' on redaction app

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to redaction app
2. Try to add a Free Text on any page
3. Unable to add a text
4. See error

Start by reproducing the problem in the redaction app using the Test-Marshal environment: open any page and try to add or edit Free Text, then inspect the reported error. Done means Free Text can be added and edited successfully on a page.
