Apryse Ticket - WebViewer upgrade 10.4.0-20230920 - Issue with multi selection focus

**Describe the bug in current situation**
When performing a multi-selection of multiple annotations, the selection focus reverts to the first selected annotation. In the 10.3 version, the selection remains on the last selected annotation. The apryse ticket is updated with this issue.
