Redact Pages - Expanding File or Clicking Page Clears Specify Pages

**Describe the bug in current situation**
When a user has selected pages to redact in full (through 'Redact Pages'), if they expand a file or select a page in the left navigation pane, it clears their selections. A user may need to expand or select pages to confirm what they are redacting in full.
