Team Request Search - Returning Wrong Request

**Describe the bug in current situation**
A user reported behavior from the application where they were searching for a particular request ID, and the queue search returned a different request. The user also noted that the advanced search found the request correctly. This seems to be isolated and it is not clear how it is pulling this request.

1. Go to PROD as a member of the resource justice team
2. Go to My Teams Requests
3. Search for 30584
4. See error

Reproduce the issue in PROD by opening My Teams Requests, searching for request 30584, and comparing the result with Advanced Search. Trace the queue-search path and compare its result with the advanced-search result; done means searching for 30584 returns the requested request rather than a different one.
