#### Description
This was missed in #3864 as an assumption or requirement.
When a request is in 'Peer Review', the 'Select Ministry Client' field should be hidden. This field is only visible, and editable, when a request in 'Unopened' and 'Intake in Progress'.
Currently, when a request is in 'Peer Review', this field is only visible, and not editable. Therefore, this is a low priority.
