**Describe the bug in current situation**
If the record package has more than 4000pages, then while comparing the pages on redaction app it s loading for a while and nothing happens

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to ministry login
2. Upload records package having more pages(above 4000 pages)
3. Unable to compare since its loading state for a long time
