Comparison of pages not taking place if the records package has more than 4000 pages

1. Go to ministry login
2. Upload records package having more pages(above 4000 pages)
3. Unable to compare since its loading state for a long time

Start in the redaction app by reproducing the comparison flow with a records package containing more than 4,000 pages in the Test-marshal environment. Trace where page comparison enters its loading state and identify the relevant entry point or tests; done means the pages can be compared successfully rather than remaining stuck loading.
