#### Description
After technical refinement, and before backlog refinement, review all tickets for refinement to identify missing test cases, related user stories / tickets (and link them to the ticket to be refined), and any other other considerations / dependencies.
This will help ensure when tickets are ready for QA, a fulsome QA process can be followed, as to reduce the possibility of missing ACs, dependencies, or bugs created as part of the development.
