Research direction

The issue body contains only an unfilled user-story and acceptance-criteria template; it names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by clarifying the partial-transfer letter’s user story, scope, scenarios, dependencies, design, and validation rules. Done should be defined by completed acceptance criteria and the listed Definition of Done checks.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
