Replaced file's options are not showing up right away(Needs a refresh)

After replacing a child attachment ,replaced file options are not showing up at the frond end

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to ministry login
2. Upload some message file which has attachment
3. Replace child attachment with a pdf file
4. Then file options like "Replace attachment, Download replaced, Download original" not showing up right away
5. Needs a refresh to visible those options

Reproduce the issue in the test-marshal environment by replacing a child attachment with a PDF and checking the file options before and after refresh. Trace the attachment replacement flow and frontend option rendering; done means “Replace attachment,” “Download replaced,” and “Download original” appear immediately without a refresh.
