The purpose of this task is to configure the IXIAS data back up location to S3/OSS, as per the analysis and decisions made on #2478

#### DOD
- [ ] Create S3 bucket(s) for IXIAS back ups, dedicated IAM account and policies
- [ ] Analyze and Plan the Sync Up folder ,size, location of Back drive for IXIAS
- [ ] Install and Set up of Geo-Drive for IXIAS.IDIR.BCGOV (dev/test) backup process
- [ ] Configure the GeoDrive with Back up Drive/Location as per decided back up strategy, if required or move manually, as per the EVENT
- [ ] Review , Test and Sync up to S3
- [ ] Plan the data back up restoration from S3
- [ ] Confirm the steps done , will be good for PROD
