Description
**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When a user files an NR and after successful payment clicks on Download Results then the error dialog shows up saying "Name Request Encountered an Error"
**Impact of this bug**
All users who want to download Result
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://dev.bcregistry.ca/namerequest/'
2. Complete a Name Request
3. Click on Download Results
4. See an error
