Description
User story
As a staff user
I want to view a history of searches made (both search criteria and results) against a registration or account
So I can see a record of a search in the event that there's a dispute
Acceptance Criteria
**GIVEN** I am BC Registries Staff
**WHEN** I try to find the historical searches for a registration
**THEN** I am able to view the search criteria and results of those searches
