Benefit Company Alteration - wrong validation message when invalid NR type is used

**Describe the bug in current situation**
When you file an alteration to change the name of your benefit company, the first step is to enter your NR. If you try to start the filing with the wrong type, then you get a message saying that the contact details or NR # are incorrect. See screenshot below

Client gets confused and doesn't know next steps to pursue. Ops and business contacts get stuck by the red herring message.

Medium - 1 instance was escalated today.

**Pre Conditions: which Env, any pre-requesites or assumptions to execute steps?**
May impact other alteration types, but first instance was a Benefit Company change of name.

**Steps to Reproduce**
USE BC0885309 and NR 7007931 in TEST to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Get a ben corp incorporation type NR approved
2. Visit the ben corp business dashboard, then the alteration screen
3. Edit the name and enter your NR details
4. See incorrect modal that says the NR can't be retrieved.

**Expected behavior**
Modal should say that the NR type does not match the filing type.
