Description

Two possibly related issues I saw today regarding Future Effective Dates:

Bug 1)
I filed an inc app in DEV using a future effective date and noticed the FED is missing from the output.

Log into DEV using BCREG0018 (User name Testing Name Request)

- Open "Ac Benefits Ddddd Incorporated" entity dashboard
- Download and view incorporation application output
- The Future Effective Date component is blank instead of showing the FED.

Bug 2)
I filed an Alteration in DEV using a FED, and when I am returned to the dashboard, the Future Effective date is showing as "Unknown Pacific time";

Research direction

Start by reproducing both cases in DEV using the steps in this issue: inspect the incorporation application output and the alteration entity dashboard after entering a Future Effective Date. Trace the frontend paths responsible for rendering those values and compare their date data and formatting. Done means the FED appears in the incorporation output and the alteration dashboard shows the correct date instead of “Unknown Pacific time”.
