Description
**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When the user creates a new account an affiliate say a single NR then the Scroll bar seems to appear and then the drop-down buttons cut off from the screen.
**Impact of this bug**
All new accounts where businesses are being affiliated.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.ca/business/auth/home/decide-business'
2. Create a NEW Account.
3. Click on the drop-down button on the Dashboard
4. See an error
