Description
**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When the user files the IA for the Co-op then the emails being received are rendering old format where the BC Registry Log doesn't get loaded up.
The style class of the log being rendered is empty.

All users receiving the receipts
**Steps to Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'test.bcregistry.ca/business/auth/home/decide-business'
2. File an IA
3. Go to the Email
4. See an error
