New Proposed Corporation & COOP Filings

Proposed new filings still going through legislative process (ETA Nov 2021 or Jan 2022).

**For all Corp types: BEN, LTD, ULC, CCC**
Application to Registrar to have oneself removed as a director in a company’s notice of articles (BCA) - This is basically a director change but is done by a third party. Until we figure out third party stuff, this would most likely have to be a staff filing as the director has resigned or never consented to being a director so can't file a director change on behalf of the company on the company dashboard.

Application to withdraw application for conversion of member funded society to company (BCA) - we don't have a filing for the actual conversion so a withdrawal would be the same - jupyter notebook

**For COOPS**
Application to Registrar to order access to copies or records (CAA) - this would most likely be the same Registrar's order staff filing that we currently have for Benefit Companies. Maybe we can look at inserting the upload feature and also the fee component
