Description
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Select a registration to Discharge/Renew.
2. Click on the textbox.
**Current Behavior:**
The list of Debtors is not displayed in alphabetical order.
**Expected Behavior:**
Debtors should be listed in alphabetical order.
