Description
Further to [#7995](https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/entity-5bf2f2164b5806bc2bf60531/issues/bcgov/entity/7995) where we added the button and links to Corporate Online and Onestop, we now need to do the same for the NRs that are used for paper filings.
