Description
In the new My Business Registry table, as a user I want to see Modified By and Last Modified Dates for all items.
Apply a Last Modified date value (ie March 15, 2021) when;
- [x] A draft Incorporation Application is created
- [ ] Any time a draft IA is edited and saved
Apply a Modified By name value (ie Joe_user123) when;
**Should show the username of the person who performed the (last) filing**
- [ ] A draft Incorporation Application is created
- [ ] Any time a draft IA is edited and saved
- [x] A name request is created (verify)
- [x] A name request is edited (verify)
- [ ] A filing is drafted and saved
- [ ] A filing is completed
