Step 2 People and Roles IA - UX Enhancements

- [ ] 1) Bug - Red error bar is showing up after adding the CP/Person in Step 2 even though everything is filled out and vertical validation bars have not yet been triggered by visiting Review and Confirm page. Red bar should only appear when a user goes to Review and Confirm and Step 2 is unfinished, then when they return to Step 2, the red bar should appear.


- [ ] 2) Long names should wrap onto two lines versus using trucation with the blue/gray tooltip (multiple lines of text should align to the left edge of the top line of text)


- [ ] 3) Vertical component validation red bar - If user starts to add a CP or other person and doesn't click the "Done" or Cancel button to close it, then goes to Review and Certify, then returns to Step 2 to see what they need to finish, I expected the vertical red bar to appear on the open/unfinished component (like it does on Step 1)

- [ ] 5) Add PO Box hint to Delivery Addresses in Coops only as per this design comp:


Start at the Step 2 People and Roles entry point in the frontend and compare the five checklist items with the linked screenshots and design comp. Trace the validation state through Review and Confirm, then inspect the name, Remove dropdown, and Delivery Addresses UI. Done means all five behaviors and styles match the issue, including the co-op-only PO Box hint.
