Description
Issue:
Can't generate a Verified Relationship (VR) credential without the Verified Person (VP).
Options for how to get VP credential:
- We establish the VP credential in the filing (Incorp, COD, Amalg, Continuation, Restoration, etc.) flow using BCSC. We look for this GUID info in our database. Should we really be doing this as we're not the authoritative source for identity?
- We have IDIM issue the VP credential (One sprint's work for IDIM?) They embed the GUID. They'd have to redo STRA. Do they have capacity to do this?
Dependency with IDIM as they own the BCSC - ask IDIM if we can issue for the purpose of this demo (talk to Carol first).

Research direction
Start by reviewing the two proposed ways to obtain the Verified Person credential: establishing it in the filing flow with BCSC or having IDIM issue it. Confirm with IDIM whether it can issue the credential for the demo, including the GUID and STRA implications; done means a documented decision and resolved dependency.
