Description
Various fields in Create UI still attempt to use the browser autofill feature, which we want to disable.
Examples (not a complete list):
The Create UI code was written a couple of years ago, before disabling autofill was a UI/UX requiremen. These changes have been made in other, more recent UIs, and need to be applied to Create UI likewise.
