UI Design for dashboard

Possibly, after incorporation have something on the dashboard, maybe a modal) prompting them to see if they want to send credentials to a digital wallet. This way it isn't tied to a specific filing.

- [ ] have a place on the dashboard where they can launch sending credentials
- [ ] give instructions for how to set up digital wallet
- [ ] have them take a photo of a QR code and verify on their phone if they want us to send the digital credentials (VO, VR)
- [ ] maybe indicate what credentials we are sending
- [ ] let them know whether their digital credentials were sent successfully
- [ ] close out of the service
