Names Staff to review restricted audit table

Need to clean up the Restricted Word Condition table in Namex...

Review condition text and instruction columns. Both of these fields are displayed in the Name Request UI when the user requests a restricted word. Would be helpful to understand where else these fields are used in the app.

There are some words that have the same text in both fields - which doesn't look great for users.

Also all words to do with designations (coop, partnership, unlimited, etc.) -- there aren't many of these
