P2 Combo search enhancements

***Descriptive/Distinctive is only 75% accurate so it is a suggestion only (this was approved by the names team but I assume the forgot this)

### **UX Assurance To Do:**

- [ ] Use singular wording for Tabs if/when there is only one issue - ie "1 possible issue found", "1 exact match", 1 similar name found"
- [ ] If the "Ignore this" buttons are staying, we need a state that shows after user clicks ignore so they don't think their name will be approved. (design required before dev)
- [ ] Can all expansion rows/helper text slide/animate open and closed instead of just "cutting" open/closed (optional but would be nice)
- [ ] **Scott:** Need to handle names that use a word that can be a distinctive and descriptive (e.g., "Forge" Inc)

### **Staff Feedback To do:**
- [ ] Distribution should be categorized as an acceptable descriptive element.
- [ ] Update helper text message "Ensure there is a descriptive element in your business name" to also include the sentence "Note: Corporate names can register as person names eg. John Smith Inc." after it. To find this current message you can search "Dr. P. Smith Inc." **_TL: UX design to provide edited helper copy_**
- [ ] ~When hitting "Start over" it takes you to the middle of the home page, is it possible to jump back tot he top so user doesn't have to scroll up?~ **_moved to #8261_**
- [ ] Check that there is more to the error message "Check corporate designation usage: Foundation" when creating a SP name... eg. Don's foundation Services. This should be resolved with Kial's work to import consents/restricted words, etc.
- [ ] It would be great if the spacing could be adjusted so this fits on the "Showing results for" page without having to scroll down. **_TL: this one is on hold - TBD_**
- [ ]~On the "Showing results for" page, when you click on the “Submit this Name for Review”, it leaves the page to where you last scrolled down, so you have to scroll back up to continue. User should be taken to the top of the screen for submitting their 2nd and 3rd name choices.~ **_moved to #8261_**
- [ ] Add a "back" button on the page to submit the 3 name choices; have consistent start over/back/exit buttons (there may be an existing dev ticket for this) **_TL:_** @lmcclung @Kaineatthelab - This issue will be resolved once we complete the design updates for the remaining steps/pages so I would prefer if we could work on that? Otherwise, if we are just updating the mismatched buttons as a stop gap in the meantime, this needs some design consideration before Dev tackles it.
- [ ] Exact name row - we should remove the obtain consent messaging text sentence as its not applicable (this may have been done already)

**P3 / Future UX updates:**
- [ ] **Scott** suggestion to order Designation dropdowns according to most used first
- [ ] Business Categories blue link under same or similar name row expansion -- Think about making this link a bit more obvious in the way its worded and add this link to the "Help Building Your Name" section on the homepage
- [ ] Registered Trademark field should be "Registration Number of a Canadian Trademark" with hint text below showing a sample TMA number (staff to provide sample number) - they only want the number
- [ ] Add a new tool tip for "Submit without checking" buttons
- [ ] In App Consent Link - TBD - include link to the sample consent in the search combo thing

**To monitor:**
- [ ] Similar name check tab - when many results, annoyed with size of window. Could we vertically increase the size of this window to help with searches.
- [ ] Speed of name check - took quite a while to load minor changes made to the name
CPA is a restricted word so should have a consent message on this. Suspect DEV doesn't have it as a restricted word.
- [ ] Compound words eg APPLEMUSIC CORP. get message saying it doesn't contain a descriptive element and it does. (nothing to fix here - see what feedback we get).
- [ ] Alberta should not show up as a restricted word in PROD
- [ ] Business category words - **staff to provide the final list** - they would like the list to be dynamic in the future to pull in the more recent words automatically
- [ ] Sole Props can use terms like "Foundation" - **staff to provide a list** of other terms they can use that we should not strip out
