Description
**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When the user affiliates any NR which is approved for the first time and clicks on Open then the Dashboard shows Invalid Incorporation Application for the first time and not sure the time span until when the IA appears

All users affiliating the NR
**Steps to Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://dev.bcregistry.ca/business/'
2.Take an approved NR
3. Affiliate the NR to any user
4.click open
5. See an error
