UI Design - Name Request 2.1 Staff Review Updates

Updates based of Staff Review of the Name Request 2.1 Designs

**UI/Visual Design**
- [x] Add special character and missing descriptive rows
- [x] Update copy for row language
- [x] Proceed with Sole Prop versions without the dropdown designation fields
- [x] Proceed with smaller blue link on main page for "Submit this Name without checking" (I could maybe add an underline if users don't recognize it as a link but I think power users would as its blue with an arrow icon and its an action statement)
- [x] "Words to Avoid" title should be just "Consider removing the following words" and explain about restricted words/words to avoid in the expansion details

**Functional Updates:**
- [x] Designation rules -a corporation CAN use a corporate designation in the name field AND and designation as long as they are two different designations. ie Joe's Construction Corporation Inc. Need to update the rules for search results and Confirm Name screens
