Need to discuss and finalize the best solution to handle the duplicate account creation.
Scenario 1:- Allow user to create the account but throw an error for the duplicate account.
Scenario 2:- Make the 'Create Account' button invisible.
Scenario 3:- Allow user to create duplicate accounts.
