UI Design - Business Registries Homepage Updates

Need to update text/design for this page to accommodate SP/GP registrations.
might want to get rid of the incorporate named/numbered BEN buttons and have #d on my business registry page. this was already built and feature flagged, I think.

Comments from when this was part of the LTD/CCC/ULC incorporation epic

- Placeholder ticket to modify the BC Business Registries homepage to change any messages specific to Benefit Companies to something more generic.
- There is a few small items, like the Page Header and a few descriptors in the helper sections.
- fix footer contact and font sizes
- update Create an Account section and make it a shared component?
