1) new section after Incorporation Applications from the previous day (see yellow highlighted area). Section would be called Alterations to Benefit Company. Same fields. You'd be identifying any of these two alteration types:

- BC limited company to Benefit Company
- BC unlimited liability company to Benefit Company

2) remove the Total number of incorporation applications to date. That number doesn't make sense nor is it relevant. (see red text)

3) correct spelling of incorporation in row 1.

4) Change row 13 from "Benefit Corporations" to "Benefit Companies"

Hi Steven, original requirements were for “TO BEN” only. But it would be great if we could have another section in the report that would be “FROM BEN” (BC Benefit Company to BC Limited Company)
