- Try to combine applicant and business details into one long screen
- look into adding a field to input business (law firm) name
- do we need both applicant and business name?
- do we want to pre-populate any fields with user name and/or email?
- are there any other fields we don't need anymore?
- adjusted stepper to 4 steps instead of 5
