Allow Client to use Alias within System

* As a basic or premium account team member
* I want the ability to include an alias in my user profile
* so that in the system my team can see me under the name I go by rather than my legal name

**Acceptance Criteria**

**Scenario 1: I am an administrator/account coordinator/account user creating/joining an account**
* GIVEN I have received an invitation to join an account
* WHEN I verify my identity and complete the user profile screen
* THEN I am provided with the ability to enter a nickname/alias

**Scenario 2: I am an existing account administrator/account coordinator/account user and I would like to add an alias to my name**
* GIVEN I am an existing team member...
* WHEN
* THEN ... (what you see)
Need an approach here. We do not have a user profile tab showing when I log on with a BCSC in TEST.
