AM_LI Amendment - aka Staff Detail - Ledger Information requirements for data loading

### Background:

This ticket was opened to identify requirements for AM_LI filing. This was a historical filing for an entity which wished to be a Benefit Company so we needed to load the filing history. Can't load this filing until these requirements are know.

This filing gives staff the ability to create a new ledger and add text to indicate a correction that should have been made but either:
1) we didn't have mechanism to do so in COLIN (ie. incorporator name/address)
2) the corrected information is no longer relevant but needs to be identified for transparency (ie. director name spelled incorrectly when appointed but director was ceased before the error was noticed)

**This uses the same fields as a Registrar's Notation, but is called an Amendment - Ledger Information**

### Fields in COLIN filing:
**Staff Payment** info - same as what we have in business registry
**Company email address** - we wouldn't need this for the historical filings as we would most likely have a more current company email on file.
**Document scanning info** (Y/N, barcode #, page count) - not relevent in new app
**Document Amended/Corrected:** this is a text field for staff to complete - they SHOULD be typing in the name of the original filing as it was displayed in the ledger.
**New Ledger Text Description** (detail) - free form field

### What needs to be displayed in the ledger:
Name of filing: Amendment - Ledger information
"Document Amended: (staff provided in filing)"
Detail: (ledger text staff entered)
Plan or Arrangement/Court Order # if relevant
Filed By:

This look very similar to a Registrar's Notation except had the additional field identifying what document was amended.
