BC Registries issues Verifiable Credentials for a Sole Proprietor for use with the ISED Business Banking Initiative

## Description:
As a small single owner/director business(Sole Proprietor), I want to receive verifiable credentials from BC Registries about my business and my relationship to that business so that I can share those credentials online with a bank in order to open a business bank account.

The expected outcome from this feature will be used as part of the ISED Business Banking Initiative effort between the Federal Government (ISED and Treasury), CorpsCanada, Alberta, ATB (Alberta) and the major Canadian banks, lead by TD. The intention is to show how digital credentials can be used across an ecosystem, and leading to broader uses of the technology.

* Start date when team will start to work on: TBD
* End date Epic will be delivered: Fall 2021
* T-shirt size: **L** (S, M, L, or XL) (S=1-2 Sprints, M=2-3 Sprints, L=4-5 Sprints, XL=not sure, probably more than 5 Sprints). Story points needs to be updated in Epic. This can be decided by team.
* Process Flow (if applicable): See the document linked above.
* CM considerations? In the Winter/Spring 2022 the plan is to have 100 organizations use this capability across all of the partners. To be determined how those organizations will be found and helped through this process.
* Possible dependencies or blockers forseen right now? Coordination with Digital Trust Services (DTS) is necessary, and the work involves working with/reporting to ISED.
* I expect that DTS will be quite responsive to the needs of BC Registries on this.
* The ISED coordination will be handled by those already working with ISED.
* We'll want to produce a demo/video of the capability.
* Several other issuers are working on a very comparable flow (LSBC, Health) and their experiences should inform this work. DTS will coordinate that feedback.
