Correction to an Incorporation - correcting a company incorporator makes the company name dissappear

### **Describe the bug in current situation**
If you incorporate with one of your incorporators as a company/firm, then correct that incorporation application and correct the incorporator, the name is gone, and it wants you to enter an individual name.

### **Impact of this bug**
Low

### **Chance of Occurring (high/medium/low/very low)**
Low, not many people will be correcting their incorporators (but it does happen) and even less people will have set their incorporator as a company or firm.

### **Steps to Reproduce**
1. log in as client
2. Start an incorporation (numbered or named)
3. Set the incorporator as a company or firm, and enter a company name
4. Pay for the incorporation
5. log in as staff
6. start a correction for the incorporation that you filed as a client
7. View the company/firm incorporator
8. **See that there is no name listed for the incorporator**
9. Click to correct the incorporator
10. **See that the form is for an individual, not a company/firm (i.e. it wants the user to enter first, middle, last name, and not enter a company name)**

### **Expected behavior**
1. log in as client
2. Start an incorporation (numbered or named)
3. Set the incorporator as a company or firm, and enter a company name
4. Pay for the incorporation
5. log in as staff
6. start a correction for the incorporation that you filed as a client
7. View the company/firm incorporator
8. See the name you entered for the incorporator
9. Click to correct the incorporator
10. See that the form contains the original company name, and you can edit the existing company name in that company name field.
